Overview

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is all about guiding enterprises in scaling lean and agile practices. It promotes alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams. Developed by practitioners, SAFe leverages three primary bodies of knowledge: agile software development, lean product development, and systems thinking.

During this two-day hands-on implementation engagement, the participants would understand the SAFe® Implementation Design

Implementation Design Facilitation Support includes

• Define a “TO – BE” state using SWOT and TWOS analysis 
• Create a roadmap for SAFe implementation
• Define measurable outcomes 
• Define teams, their roles, and responsibilities
• Educate the teams and launch the Agile Release Trains
• Prepare for Pre Program increment planning
• Facilitate Program increment planning, review, and retrospective
